Bannau Sir Gaer Brecon Beacons, 11 April 2010 at 10:25 hours. This part of the Carmarthen Fans is the highest and is a spectacular ridge walk with steep sided cliffs to the north. Whilst walking along here I first heard then saw a peregrine falcon flying around in apparent distress. I walked further along and saw a raven with the falcon's chicks. I chased it away, but it was too late it took one of the chicks and flew off with it. Camera details: 10-20mm, 1/4 sec at f / 22
